Product Testing Steps
- Measure the following temperatures and wind speeds:
- T1: Air temperature in front of hydraulic oil radiator (°C)
- T2: Air temperature behind antifreeze radiator (°C)
- T3: Wind speed in front of hydraulic oil radiator (km/h)
- T4: Wind speed behind antifreeze radiator (km/h)
- T5: Coolant temperature at engine outlet (°C)
- T6: Engine water inlet coolant temperature (°C)
- T7: Oil temperature at oil inlet of diffuser pipe (°C)
- T8: Oil temperature at oil outlet of distribution pipe (°C)
- Transmit data to a connected data acquisition device.
- Test engine heat dissipation performance using ABT indicator. Normal performance is indicated if ABT is not less than 50°C.
