Q2: What precautions should I take before installing my fuel injector?

The installation environment must be dust-free; the O-ring must be lubricated with clean machine oil before installation to prevent oil leakage caused by cutting the O-ring during installation; and remember to check that the O-ring is installed correctly.

Q3: Why is my engine still unusable after replacing the fuel injector?

This is common, due to air trapped in the high-pressure oil rail. Please cycle the engine in short bursts (no more than 30 seconds) to purge air. It may take several attempts to stabilize the pressure.
